Well it seems, I have been gone a long time. So I thought I will post an update about my whereabouts. Maybe this will get me to start blogging again (not that I was a regular anyway).
I got my final posting as Area Sales Manager, Chattisgarh for the Consumer Care Division of Dabur India Ltd. w.e.f 1st April. Been a completely new experience. Lot of new things to learn, a team to manage and finally have some responsibility.
My job description is basically managing the sales and distribution of Dabur products in the state of Chattisgarh. Thats over 50 brands and over 200 skus.
Am based out Raipur. Had my apprehensions about coming here, but its been pretty decent so far. Nothing much to do, but then work has been keeping me busy enough to notice the lack of malls, movie halls etc. A couple of malls are opening up soon enough though.
Now that I have updated my whereabouts, hopefully I shall find something more to write here soon enough. Till then......
